Void was established in July 2007 by a crew of UK and Shanghainese DJs to bring the best underground house and techno music to the Chinese and International populations of Shanghai. Since that time we have combined the best of the local techno scene along with the most influential artists in the history of electronic music such as Detroit pioneers Juan Atkins, Robert Hood and Underground Resistance.

Our mission is simple. Shanghai has no regular underground club night which catches the feeling and atmosphere of the UK clubs most of the Void crew spent their formative years dancing in. Dark, sweaty, lots of flashing lights and funky beats... we invite everybody in Shanghai to fill the Void...
